Imhotep's Lab Interactive FAQ

I am always listening to your comments and suggestions. I have updated the website so the FAQ now opens in its own window. Woohoo!

I do apologize for the delay in making such a simple 2 second fix but I have had pc issues that resulted in a complete wipe down of my computer and replacing the power supply. (which is good news for Imhotep as he now has one to tinker with for experiments) Feel free to always add any comments or suggestions you may have. Im always interested in how to learn and improve.

Following the link in that email opens up http://imhotepslabs.freeforums.org
which still leaves me without a link at http://imhotepslabs.freeforums.org to
http://www.imhotepslab.com/

People who get to this forum via a search engines will not know
there is a http://www.imhotepslab.com/ web site or have a link
to go there.


Suggestion:
The "Board Index" link is a "Home" link for the forum (built in link),
can you (maybe?) change the link behind the Logo (Picture of "Imhotep's Lab") to link to
http://www.imhotepslab.com/

Suggestion:
people generally know what a "forum" is.
Maybe "Imhotep's Laboratory Forum" or
"Imhotep's Laboratory Forum & FAQ"
should be used instead of
"Imhotep's Laboratory FAQ" here and "Imhotep's Interactive FAQ"
on the web site.
If both are the same "name" it might avoid confusing people
into thinking diff names = diff web site / links (unrelated to each other)

OR
"Imhotep's Laboratory Forum" with the link attribute "title" of "And FAQ"
A link attribute of title displays that little message one sees when your mouse cursor hovers over something.
Example: <a href="http://imhotepslabs.freeforums.org" title="Laboratory Forum and FAQs">

ill have to check to see if i can do that. This is a free forum that is hosted offsite so im unsure on how much customization controls i have. However if you go to the board index and read through the description of this thread you should see a link to the website Hopefully i can go in and changed the link for the logo to go to the website

ok guys i went in and looked around in my admin area unfortunately it doesn't give me an option to change any links or add anything to the forum. So this is what I did. If you look at both mine and Imhoteps signatures you should see the logo and link to the website that way you can just click on those to get to the website. Also if you go to the main board index in the descriptions of each thread at the top you should also see a link there. I hope that helps
