If you want only charger functionality, then try stingo. It work with 3V battery. It is possible to charge 12V with 3V, or the opposite.

This is the last post on the thread basically when we perfect this we have a battey that you can run to 0 and overcharge and draw more than 20% it seems to recover from the videos. i will leave it up to you to study it takes time.

Sucahyo good to see you joined teep m8, The battery swap from what I can figure it drains to a voltage from source then relay kicks in and swaps to charge that becomes source.
There is a vid from there, I tried to find it.

Thanks. I guess we can modify the circuit to do the oposite too, to stop charging when reaching certain voltage.
