The Imhotep relay circuit looks very similar to Teslas' Radiant energy receiver.
Has anyone tried replacing the source battery with a metal sheet and an earth ?

Would this not put the radiant spikes into the ground and aerial, thus attenuating more energy from the ether ?

It is the next thing I will be experimenting with.

Fizzy

I am sure some have tried although I have not seen anything about it. You would need a large metal sheet which is somewhat elevated and a small coil setup but as the system works it may be able to sustain a larger coil setup.
